What is the MC Fast Pack Sewer Inject cartridge system?
MC Fast Pack Sewer Inject is a ready-to-use pneumatic cartridge injection system for sealing cracks, joints, voids and penetrations in wet or dry water structures such as manholes and pump stations. The contained, low-pressure setup reduces waste and cleanup compared with pump-based injection.
Fast facts
-
Ready-to-use pneumatic system — no separate mixing.
-
Suits manholes, pump stations, sheet piles and slotted walls; works in groundwater contact.
-
Single-person operation with a supplied guidelines flyer.
-
Lower pressures with a closed, no-thinners setup for safer handling.
Where does MC Fast Pack Sewer Inject get used?
MC Fast Pack Sewer Inject seals defects in manholes and pump stations, as well as sheet piles and slotted walls in contact with groundwater. It also fills cavities where access and speed matter.
What makes the cartridge system fast and low-waste?
The cartridge format removes separate mixing, avoids over-mixing, and eliminates solvent-based pump cleaning. This reduces material waste and liquid waste disposal, while allowing optimal viscosity by mixing just before injection.
The system has lower purchase cost than injection pumps, requires no maintenance, and supports single-person jobs with a provided guidelines flyer. You also control usage at the cartridge level.
A safe, contained setup protects applicators and the environment thanks to lower injection pressures and no open liquids or thinners.
Which cartridges and chemistries are available?
The MC Fast Pack series offers flexible, paste and rigid polyurethane (PU), low-viscosity epoxy, and water-stop foam injection options. Follow the TDS/SDS for cleaning, surface preparation and application standards.
How do the PU cartridges behave?
PU cartridges feature a low-viscosity duromer resin with fast reaction time that foams without water contact. The reaction produces high volume increase and a closed-cell, uniform pore structure.
Which packers and tools work with the Fast Pack series?
Fast Pack supports bore packers and hammer tools for both surface and bore-hole injection. For method guidance and packer selection, refer to the Principles of Injection flyer.
Safety and handling essentials
Operate at lower injection pressures in a closed system with no open thinners. Always use the TDS/SDS to confirm cleaning procedures, surface prep and application standards.
