MC-DUR Underwater Pro — Two-component epoxy for submerged concrete repairs

MC-DUR underwater pro is a two-component, pigmented special epoxy designed to harden under water with excellent adherence to prepared substrates.

MC-DUR underwater pro is suitable for repairing concrete components under water, including dams, docks and harbour facilities. Use it for targeted crack and patch repairs where placement must occur below the waterline.

Substrate preparation:

Prepare the substrate by suitable measures to ensure a sound, receptive surface before mixing.

MC-DUR underwater pro is supplied as two pre-packed components — Component A (base) and Component B (hardener). Mix by kneading (by hand or with suitable measures) until a homogeneous grey colour is achieved.

Press the mixed material into cracks and damaged areas under water by hand application. Ensure the material is pressed on and compacted thoroughly to achieve intimate contact and durable bonding.
