The Rycom SnapTRACK® is a powerful cable and pipe locator designed to make utility locating faster, simpler and more accurate.
Its FrequencyFlex™ technology gives operators access to multiple active frequencies, helping reduce interference and maintain a reliable locate through faults, conduit bends and difficult site conditions. Multiple passive frequencies also allow operators to identify live and charged lines by detecting their naturally occurring electromagnetic fields, often without the need for a transmitter.
The SnapTRACK® can also be used with Rycom Instruments® sondes to locate blockages or restrictions inside non-pressurised pipes and conduits. Sondes can be pushed through the line until they reach the problem area, allowing the receiver to identify the location from above ground.
With active frequencies including 33kHz, 512Hz, 640Hz, 815Hz and 8kHz, plus passive locating modes for 50Hz, 60Hz, Radio Frequency, Cathodic Protection Rectifier and CATV, the SnapTRACK® gives contractors the flexibility needed for a wide range of locating applications.
Ideal for plumbing, drainage, utility locating and underground service work where accurate line identification is essential.
