Pipe diameter is the starting point. Access, wheel selection, camera centring and site conditions also influence the final configuration.

Rx95

DN100–DN200

A compact crawler for smaller mainlines. Ask SECA to confirm the compatible HD camera and wheel sets for your pipe range.

RX130 HD / RX130L HD

Medium pipe inspection

RX130 starts at DN150, with coverage to DN1000 using suitable options. RX130L offers an integrated lift. Select the elevator, carrier and wheel sets for your operating range.

RX400 HD

DN400–DN1300

A crawler for larger pipelines, with an integrated elevator and additional lighting. Suitable extensions can increase coverage to DN2000.

High definition inspection

Full HD cameras – 1080p.

Inspect pipes in Full HD 1080p (1920 × 1080). Select the camera type for the detail you need to capture: a forward view, close inspection of joints and connections, or a specialist inspection workflow. SECA specifies the compatible HD camera, crawler and control combination.

PAN, TILT & ZOOM

RCX100 HD

Pan, tilt and zoom for detailed pipe inspection. Includes 10× optical zoom, regulated LED lighting and integrated laser pointers.

PAN & TILT

PTC50 HD

Direct the view towards pipe walls, joints and lateral connections. The brochure illustrates this camera family; ask SECA to specify the appropriate HD option for your setup.

A floating inspection arrangement for suitable RX130 setups, with front and rear tethers.

RCC90 shaft inspection

A shaft inspection accessory with focused lighting and additional mounts for suitable camera configurations.

LSS laser scanner

Optional pipe profiling to measure diameter and deformation, using a compatible camera adapter and the appropriate WinCan module.

From inspection to reporting

Plan your WinCan reporting options.

For inspections requiring asset records and defect coding, SECA can discuss optional embedded inspection software and suitable WSA or NZPIM catalogues. Specify the catalogue and reporting requirements with your enquiry.

With the appropriate software installed, inspections created on the VC500 can be transferred to WinCan for office review and reporting. Desktop WinCan licences are additional; they are not automatically included with every Rovion system.

Depending on the selected licences and workflow, reporting options can include photos, video, project editing, GIS-assisted preparation and sharing inspection data with clients.

The Rovion platform can inspect pipes from DN100 to DN2000 using suitable combinations of crawlers, cameras, wheel sets and accessories. Each configuration has its own operating range. Tell SECA the pipe sizes and conditions you work with so the team can recommend a suitable setup.

Contact SECA to check compatibility with your existing system. Provide the model and serial numbers of your crawler, cable reel and control unit so the team can assess the equipment and confirm any changes needed.

WinCan licences are sold separately unless included in your quoted package. Discuss your requirements for on-site defect coding, office reporting and sharing inspection results with SECA so the appropriate software and licences can be included.

Yes. Rovion can be configured for a dedicated CCTV inspection vehicle, with the DCX5000 control unit supporting vehicle installations. SECA can discuss a fit-out suited to your equipment and operational requirements.
