MiniFlex2

MiniFlex® sewer camera

MiniFlex® is a compact, cassette-form sewer inspection camera designed to navigate tight bends and small-diameter pipes while recording clear photo and video for documentation. It’s built for field use and includes locating and measurement features you rely on every day.

What is MiniFlex® and who is it for?

MiniFlex® is a cassette-form inspection system for small drains and pipes. The bullet-shaped camera head and flexible section help the pushrod get around tight turns, making it ideal for residential and light commercial maintenance where access is limited.

Key features (at a glance)

  • Cassette-form cable drum in a single compact unit

  • Bullet-shaped camera head with a special wide-angle lens

  • LED lighting positioned to minimise reflection below the pipe crown

  • 512 Hz sonde (locator) built in

  • Meter counter with date, time and text overlay

  • Integrated monitor with SD photo/video, USB reader and video-out

  • Field battery with approximately seven hours of operation

  • Ergonomic, watertight and impact-resistant housing with protective caps

How does MiniFlex® handle bends in small pipes?

MiniFlex® uses a flexible element between the head and pushrod to maintain direction through tight bends. The bullet-shaped head and the lighting angle help the camera stay centred and reduce glare so you can see more detail at junctions and right-angle turns.

Recording and monitoring

MiniFlex® records photos and videos to an SD card, includes a USB reader for quick file transfer, and offers video-out if you prefer an external display. On-screen text, date and time make your evidence package clear and consistent.

Field-ready design

The unit is housed in ergonomic, high-quality plastic with protective rubber caps. It’s watertight and impact-resistant, and the compact cassette drum keeps transport simple from the ute to the job site.
