Which injection resins is PN1025 designed to use?
-
MC 2300NV — a flexible polyurethane resin ideal for sealing and waterproofing in water- or liquid-holding structures such as tanks, pits and reservoirs.
-
MC 1264M — a low-viscosity, force-transmitting epoxy resin for structural crack injection and concrete repair where rigid, high-strength bonding is required.
Where does this pump fit in a complete injection solution?
PN1025 sits at the centre of a one-component injection workflow: the pump delivers the resin through appropriate packers and hoses to fill cracks, joints and voids. With compatible DESOI accessories and technical support, you can configure an end-to-end solution tailored to your project.
Application & safety guidance
For best results and a fit-for-purpose outcome, follow the relevant Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for the resin selected. Observe standard practices for surface preparation, cleaning, application and curing. Always use appropriate PPE and confirm site-specific requirements before starting.
