The trainer then focuses on the GA content\, along with any updated legislation\, standards\, or new industry safe work practices. The operator undergoes a practical assessment\, and if successful\, is re-certified as competent. \nBrief outline of training\nAs per AS 4233.1-2013\, Drain Cleaning operators must undergo competency verification or refresher training every two years. This Refresher course assesses and updates operators on MSMWJ305\, along with any new industry standards or practices\, ensuring compliance and re-certification. Please note that while industry requires refresher training\, units of competency do not expire unless they are significantly changed. \nThe content of this Refresher course provides for the Drain Cleaning unit of competency MSMWJ305\, meeting the Australian Standard requirements.
